Officially opened in 2022, Sailfish Villa is a gem in the vacation villa rental world for its unique location and amenities - most notably, its stairs leading directly into a pocket beach on Magens Bay. A popular villa among travelers worldwide, and is proudly owned and operated by locals.
Loved by hundreds of guests, and one of the most photographed homes in the Virgin Islands, Sailfish Villa is the ultimate paradise. Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, this oceanside escape's main house is the perfect Caribbean getaway. The main house features two luxurious bedrooms, a master king suite (a large king bed) and a double queen suite (two large queen beds).
Each suite features two nightstands, a dresser, 65" smart HDTV (with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and more), and sliding glass doors for panoramic beach and ocean views from the comfort of your bed. One porch connects the entire home, with every room having access to the lounging chairs and beachside breeze. Each suite also contains a private bathroom that features a spacious shower with double shower heads, double vanities, mirrors, a toilet and a jacuzzi tub.
The kitchen has a spacious modern design, with a digital stove and oven, and a microwave, on granite countertops. Kitchen table and barstools accommodate up to 10 people. The living room includes another 65" smart HDTV, and a large plush sectional that doubles as a queen sofa bed. Other common areas include an in-house laundry room with a heavy duty washer and dryer, and two storage closets.
The Main House
The Cottages
Sailfish Villa's cottages are the epitome of beachfront bliss. Comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests (3 guests per cottage), guests have the luxury of experiencing the close proximity to the beach, and having their own private piece of Magens Bay.
Each cottage features a luxurious queen suite and queen sleeper sofa that in total can comfortably sleep 3 guests. The queen suite boasts a large queen bed, with two nightstands and a dresser for plenty of storage space. Both cottages boast an open living room with modern design that includes a 50" inch Roku HDTV, cable, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The sliding glass doors provide breathtaking panoramic ocean views. Each kitchen is equipped with complimentary coffee, a whirlpool fridge and cooktop, on granite countertops. All cooking utensils included, dishes, a blender, a coffee maker, and a toaster are also provided.
The elegant bathroom is fully tiled with Turkish travertine including the shower, while also featuring a modern toilet, a yellow onyx marble sink, and complimentary toiletries.
The balcony is perfect for relaxing, with comfortable lounge chairs and endless sea breeze. Guests can listen to the sounds of the ocean while witnessing the captivating views of Magens Bay.
Next to the cottages are an outdoor shower and stairs to the ocean that provide direct private access into the pocket beach on Magens Bay. Guests can also enjoy a variety of watersports right in front of the villa, or schedule a boat charter pickup directly from the property if they wish.

No pets or animals are allowed inside or outside the villa at anytime.

To help maintain our septic system, please only flush toilet paper and natural waste in the toilet(s). DO NOT FLUSH baby wipes (even if the container states "flushable"), cleaning wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, facial tissue, or trash of any kind.

Early and late check-ins must be arranged at least 1 day in advance and are susceptible to additional fees depending on time.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 60 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.

Liability Policy: The homeowner does not accept liability for any loss or damages to Guests' personal property caused by natural disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, or fire. All Guests’ stay is at their own risk. Guests are responsible for the suite(s) and their Guests during occupancy, including the supervision of child(ren) at all times. The homeowner does not accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury. Guests hereby waive and release any claims against the homeowner and her successors, assigns, employees, or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by Guests on or near or adjacent to the property, including any common facilities, balconies, walkways, staircases, driveway, main road, gardens, and grounds. Guests agree to use any such facilities or entirely at the Guests’ own initiative, risk, and responsibility.
